Custom Design work is our specialty. Send us what you have. Based on your individual requirements, we can make helpful suggestions or even brainstorm with you to help find the right design and the best type of pin to meet your objectives. We'll send you a pre-production artwork of your pin via fax or e-mail for approval. All pins come with military clutch at no extra charge. We also offer a variety of other attachments, contact our sales representative for more info.

Free graphics
For the fastest service we prefer artwork in any one of the following formats provided to us:

Adobe Illustrator(AI) 10.0.3 (or lower version)
Adobe Photoshop 6.0 (or lower version)
Acrobat Reader(PDF) 7.0 (or lower version)
CorelDRAW(CDR) 11.0 (or lower version)

Imitation / Soft Enamel:
Please specify the PMS number (Pantone Matching System) or the 4 color CMYK percentage. If you have Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, you may have both RGB or CMYK number by click on "Tools -> Color Picker -> Custom", then select "Pantone Coated" or "Pantone Uncoated".

Printed Pins:
The artwork optimal resolution is 300dpi. If it is 72dpi, the photo size is recommended 3 to 4 times larger than the final printout.

Quick delivery
If you're up against a tight deadline, please just ask. While the normal production time for Enamel pins is 7 days for sample, 21 days for production and 18 days for Printed, you might be surprised how quickly we can move things along for you. We can make fast production if you required depending on the design and style, 7 working days.
