Originated
from China thousand years ago, Hard Enamel was used as decorative
ornament on vases. Cloisonne, alias of Hard Enamel, is actually
a powder of glass- like mixture. Each color is hand-filled
with a tiny spoon onto the copper recess area stamped by a
die. After fusion, it resists scratching by knife or even
heating to 800c. Its feature of jewelry-like finish, immortality,
limited natural supply, rendered its applied products, such
as pins, emblems always collectible & valuable. |
Similar
in production to traditional cloisonne except that a special
resin is utilized to provide colors instead of the natural
cloisonne color. Colors can be matched to Pantone Colors in
this type of pin. The design is die stamp out copper pieces
just as in a true cloisonne pin.

Price is the most competitve among all finishing especially
on iron. The color is richful (based on PMS) that sheds
luster on copper, iron, aluminum by either stamping
or photo etching.

This
type of pins is very similar in production to the soft
enamel except that the material is using iron instead
of copper. Pantone colors are used in this type of pins.
It is one of the lowest costs of all the different types
of pins available today. The surface of an iron pin
may be covered with epoxy to protect the colors.

Using
photographic negative techniques to produce this type
of pins. The negatives are made to the exact size of
the design and laid out across the surface of the copper
metal, which is then dipped into a chemical solution
to etch the image into the metal where color is to be
put. The colors are put in all etched areas before the
metal is put into the oven. A clear epoxy coating can
be added to protect the soft enamel colors.

This
high-polished pin does not have their recesses filled with
enamel paints. Instead the recesses of these crafted pins
are finished with sandblasting or foggy to achieve a "brushed"
effect. Then the raised areas are highly polished for a very
shiny look. Finishes for this style includes gold, silver,
copper and antique platting, which gives a distant past look.

Silk
Screen and Offset printed pins allows special logos and design
to be used without the need for fine gold or silver plating
around each color. Colors are silk screened onto a brass bass
material one by one at each time just like creating a T-shirt.
A clear epoxy should be added to protect the colors.

Pins
are made by mixing tin and lead usually to produce two or
three dimension and sculptured items. This type of pin utilizes
two steel dies and is geared towards items like key tags,
coasters, etc.

Using
a mold, we can create a custom rubberized PVC which will replicate
your logo or design. The recess areas on the surface of die
are completed with chemical liquid color and then set aside
to air dry. Once the colors have air dried, the pins are baked
before each one has been taken out to finish. This process
can be created in flat, 2D, 3D looks.

embroidery patches are high quality and made from the finest
materials and polyester threads using the latest computerized
machinery assures an excellent patch. The paths have fade-resistant
color and merrow border on standard shapes with a fine background
material.
